Your donations directly support our mission to empower local and international creatives through global fashion showcases, online education, and cultural development programs.

At ACFHI (www.acfhinitiative.org), we value the time, craftsmanship, and cultural significance that go into each of our handmade products. As such, we have established the following policy to ensure clarity for all purchases:

All Sales Are Final

All handmade product sales made through acfhinitiative.org are final.
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances once a transaction has been completed.

Exchanges Only

We understand that issues may occasionally arise. Therefore, we do accept exchanges under the following conditions:

The request for an exchange must be made within 7 days of delivery.
The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.
Exchanges are allowed only for the same item or a product of equal value (based on availability).
Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the buyer unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

How to Request an Exchange

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photos of the issue. We will review your case and do our best to provide a prompt solution.
